Magic swizel: Yes you csn . However this would only aliviate the discomfort. Were you prescripted an antibiotic as well?

Magic mouthwash: Primarily a pain suppressant mixed with a small amount of topical antibiotic. If you truly have Strep Throat you should be on heavy duty antibiotic therapy. Please return to your Physician for additional care or seek treatment by an ENT.
