I experience a elbow rash, small white/red bumps on my elbows. they dont itch or pain. they disappear after a few days and then resurface.

Elbow rash: Common rashes of the elbow include cellulitis, dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis. You have a recurring rash without itch. You also describe pustules. Cellulitis typically does not come and go neither does psoriasis. Although no itching a contact dermatitis would be most likely. Could be just skin getting dry. See if moisurizer effects the rash.
