do internal styes rupture? dissolve? i have stringy egg white stuff coming from the eye. idk if its from stye or inflammation. im on cephalexin. one of the most miserable things ive ever had. please tell me it will get better.

Opthalmic antibiotic: Please see urgent care or your PCP. You may have an infection of the lining of the eye. Rinse the eye with saline and a prescription for a local antibiotic eye medication may be prescribed.
