Agree! One common reason is irritable bowel syndrome where a sense of incomplete evacuation is common. However, important to rule out other conditions like Dr. Colantino says.

White foam: That is extremely unusual and either is due to something you ate or a serious problem such as an issue with the liver/biliary system if this persists you must see a doctor.
