You : You need to see a doctor. A urine culture is required to assess for infection. Other causes will be ruled out.

Cloudy urine: Avoid constipation at all cost, stay well hydrated. Establish with a physician so that work up maybe started if urine remains contaminated in spite of antibiotics.
