BP drop: If you jumped out of bed and stood up too suddenly, it is likely that your BP dropped too low and caused severe lightheadedness almost to the point of fainting. However, if you had a profuse bm and/or passed blood you also could faint but you would have continuing symptoms if that happened.

Something you ate?: Could be food poisoning. Viral gastroenteritis. Unusually high fiber in your diet? If there was no blood in your bm, you'r likely okay, especially if it doesn't happen again or very often.
