Cancer screening?: The US Preventive Services Taskforce recommends: colon cancer screening beginning at age 50 years and continuing until age 75 years. The USPSTF recommends screening for colorectal cancer using fecal occult (stool) blood testing, sigmoidoscopy, or colonoscopy, from age 50 until age 75. The risks and benefits of these screening methods vary. There is also a stool DNA test called Cologuard.
