?IBS: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is truly a diagnosis of exclusion, and there are no specific blood tests for it, but this may certainly be your problem. See the following MAYO Clinic link for information and help. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/irritable-bowel-syndrome/basics/definition/con-20024578

Food allergy?: Some find being tested for food allergies and avoiding their culprits really helps. Gluten-free is in fashion right now and, indeed, if you're allergic - it makes a big difference. Other foods are common problems to some people. Avoiding as much stress as possible can help (CBT therapy) as can learning your best eating patterns. Some do best w/ small multi-meals. Drink water before, NOT w/ meals.
