i’ve been treating mrsa skin infection with doxycycline and am afraid it’s spreading. could a low temperature be a symptom? and how low is abnormal?

Spread: If the red, tender skin area is growing in size or has new red streaks, you must notify your prescribing provider right away. Certainly MRSA can cause overwhelming infection (sepsis) but the sufferer would unlikely be sitting up posting questions.
