Could be connected.: Please see your doctor to be examined. Your doctor can tell you what is wrong currently and if your symptoms are all connected. They may culture your toe infection to see if it is MRSA again. Your other symptoms may be unrelated, and be a viral infection, but the only way to tell is to be examined in person.

Not related: Cough and fever indicate some sort of respiratory tract infection, presumably viral. This is unrelated to the toe issues. It may be wise to consult a podiatrist for evaluation of your feet and get proper advice and treatment. The respiratory tract infection should gradually resolve. If not see your MD for treatment.
