Thirty MInute Rule: I teach my patients, especially those on medications that may cause upset stomachs, if they throw up within thirty minutes after taking a medication they should retake it. If it is longer than thirty minutes they wait to take the next dose when it is due.

Why vomiting??: Doxycycline vomiting occurs when you swallow it. Something else must causing you to be sick & you should ask your dr to help you.
