Get seen if > 12 hrs: You do not say how long you have had the pain If less than 12 hours, try Tylenol only a a liquid antacid w/gas relief. If you are no better in 1.5 hours or have had pain more than 12 hours, fever or vomiting, etc., please go to an ER, Urgent Care, or see your MD. You may have an infection of your tubes or ovaries, appendicitis (even though on "wrong side"), kidney stones or other problem.
