: You probably have a urogenital infection. Increase fluid intake to at least 2 liters a day for 2 -3 days, use warm sitz bath with baking soda 10-15 minutes, 3 times a day for a couple days. If symptoms are not improved or getting worse in the mean time then you should see a doctor. Good luck.
