What is the best way to deal with a pain in the lower abdomen closer to the pelvis? this pain is very sharp, unbearable, and it comes and goes?

Determine the cause: Unbearable pain, although intermittent, needs to be evaluated especially if it has been present for some time. Your post did not say how long you've had this issue. Please consult with your physician for a physical exam.
