What is the best way to treat adhesions due to multiple abdominal surgeries, it hurts when i eat or move?

Unfortunately, this is difficult to treat. Additional surgery can release adhesions, but the symptoms tend to return or can show up in a different location due to the additional surgery itself. Physical therapy/deep tissue massage can help to loosen the adhesions as well, but the results are sporadic and symptoms may return. Medication can give slight temporary relief before the symptoms return.
