I found out i have endometriosis 3 months ago, i was put on visanne, my period stopped for 2 months then came back for a day went away and then back again, i get random bursts of severe period pains that dont go away and last up to two weeks?

If pain is : not better on birth control pills, and also if using ibuprofen as well. Then the next step is a medication that suppresses or blocks gonadotropin releasing hormone (GNRH). This would suppress estrogen production and cause regression of the endometriosis implants and decrease pain.
