Yes: Not sure if I got the actual meaning, but doctors in general need to use all information available at a time in order to formulate a plan. At times some tests might not be pertinent and they are not used, best used of tests is made by ordering docs who had at the time a clear differential diagnosis in mind trying to rule in or out specific conditions.
