Back pain: Left lower back pain can be associated with various causes. At 25 likely primarily a musculoskeletal problem. However, kidney urinary tract problems possible. A left ovarian problem is possible. Colon problems such as diverticulitis can cause back pain. However at 25 this would be less likely.
