Back pain is not: Uncommon. Try some tylenol (acetaminophen) prior to sleep or even tylenol (acetaminophen) pm. On the other hand, you may have insomnia that is preventing deep wave sleep and adding to your muscle spasm. Do u clinch your teeth at night? This can sometimes contribute to pain.
