Keep a movin: Of course the most common thing it could be would be just your usual low back pain. You should never rest in bed for more than the first 24 hours. After that, you walk, work and live through the pain being as active as you can with the help of ibuprofen or similar med. If it doesn't go away, you should probably see a doctor to consider other possibilities.
