Stretching : Stretching a muscle will loosen it. A good way to stretch is to first contact the muscle for 10 seconds, the relax it then stretch it.

Muscles: Consider the following: Get plenty of sleep, eat protein before and after working out, do not forget to cool down and stretch after working out, consider magnesium,stretch, roll muscles and consider a cool bath.
