Hi i have pain in my left nasal passage. i have been getting a fever on and off for the last 6month. i have been to an ent and h says there is nothing wrong with my sinuses as he had a look at my ct scan. there is a mucus build up on the left pass?

Second opinion: If you are running true fevers for such a prolonged period along with persistent nasal blockage, I would be interested in knowing what the radiologist's official reading of the paranasal sinus CT scan was. If it was abnormal, get treated. If it was normal, I recommend getting a second opinion from another Otolaryngologist,perhaps at a university hospital ENT department.
