You would not: Make sure you see your doc for an exam and elaborated history. While sinus disease might still be involved in your condition any symptom lasting more than couple of weeks with no sign of an acute illness needs to be further investigated. It can be as simple as a vision issue or dental pain, and it can be much more complicated than that. The sooner you address it, the better.
