I doubt it is: sinus congestion or infection. The most common cause of facial tingling is nerve entrapment possibly from trauma/injury. There are also diseases of the nerves themselves from neuropathy (? diabetes) or even multiple sclerosis. Chemical exposures can also impact facial nerves as can migraine. It is typically not an emergency so you can watch/wait a few days. If it doesn't resolve, see your Doctor.
