What causes stomach cramps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many possibilities: One's doctor can help. Some people get stomach cramps with certain foods, such as foods that they are allergic to, foods that they have an intolerance for (such as lactose intolerance), foods that are very greasy, etc. If a person exercises after a moderate or large meal, he may get stomach cramps more easily. There are also plenty of people who don't get cramps regardless of which foods they eat.
