What causes stomach cramps? i have cramps on the sides of my stomach and dont have an appetite. i went to the dr 2 days ago and was treated for flu.

Cramps: Abdominal cramps are nonspecific and can be caused by mild disorders such as intestinal gas, irritable bowel syndrome,food intolerance,laxatives but can also be due to serious conditions like incomplete or complete intestinal obstruction from adhesions, incarcerated hernias, severe constipation or intestinal tumors,for example.
