Cramps: Abdominal cramps are nonspecific and can be caused by mild disorders such as intestinal gas, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerance, laxatives but can also be due to serious conditions like incomplete or complete intestinal obstruction from adhesions, incarcerated hernias, severe constipation or intestinal tumors, for example. If your cramps are severe or your abdomen distended or tender, see Doc.
