Constipation +others: The most common cause of what you describe is constipation; it causes cramping from the intestines trying to move the fecal matter downward, and also burning on defecation true to trauma to the anal orifice. could involve anal tears or hemorrhoids. See your pcp for a stool softener and diet info.
