I got lower back pain what is the best painkillers for that?

Difficult question: We need your age, sex, nature of the pain, duration of the pain, whether you already tried OTC pain medications etc, had any xrays of the affected area, any local abnormalities like scoliosis , kyphosis etc.Need more information.
