Diagnose then Treat: Treatment of these type of problems requires a thorough history and physical examination, appropriate imaging, possibly MRI or ct.Depending on findings, physical therapy, trigger point injections, tens, spinal injections and surgery as a very last resort. Medication management can be effective after trying different doses and meds. Try a physical medicine/rehabilitation specialist if no better.
