Just 4 words?: One's primary care doctor can examine her tongue (primary care doctor means pediatrics, family medicine, general practice, or internal medicine) and decide what might be causing the pain. Details matter. "Pain" means different things to different people. It is hard to guess what one's symptoms might be, and what is actually going on, if one merely puts 4 words on a public forum.
