I have had tongue pain/swelling for 3 months since diagnosed with low b12 (220) and oral supplements have not worked for the last 3 months. dr started me on fortnightly b12 injections last week. when will my tongue issues resolve? daily anxiety now.

Lichen Planus : I would look into diagnosis of Lichen Planus. It is an autoimmune disorder that can affect any skin surface including cheek, tongue, and gums. Burning tongue condition is very common. Finding a trigger that sets off the disorder helps to control it. No cure but are various therapies. See dentist or dermatologist.
