Likely not HIV: If your HIV test is negative at least six months after a potential exposure, you were most likely not infected with hiv. Kep using safer sex precautions. Based on the description is is hard to know what is going on right now. Steroid inhalers for asthma can lead to oral thrush. Lots of things cause rashes. You might want to get these checked by a health provider.
