About vomiting...: Toddlers and other young kids occasionally vomit for no apparent reason. However, there usually is a reason. Maybe this is the first day of her illness. She might be coming down with a stomach virus (stomach flu) which shows up with vomiting followed by diarrhea, in many cases. If worried, parents can contact her pediatrician or primary care doctor. Be sure there's been no accidental ingestion.
