My 2 year old daughter has passed a dark green stool and had a fever for 3 days (no other symptoms) + didn't drink allot. should i be concerned?

Not if she is better: Dark green stool can be ok. Fever x 3 days can be virus....She needs to drink..Many children have decreased thirst when sick. If she is peeing ojk then no worries, if not and she is getting worse than see your doctor.
