Ok ct says there is probable left surgical clip posterolateral to the uterine fundus. i did have a c-section but nothing involving the left back side. what does this mean? did they seriously leave a clip?

Certainly could be: Any time you have a surgery, it is not unusual for the surgeon to have to put a clip on a small blood vessel. This is one way to keep operative sites from having too much blood to see clearly while operating. These small clips are usually of no consequence.
