Radiology report: There might be some changes in the spine that radiologist was trying to read. The ordering physician can clinically co-relate the report in your case and discuss with the radiologist if needed.

Talk to your PCP: This could be a few things. The most probable is that the radiologist thought the natural gap we have in the spine between the lamina was somewhat larger than usual and said you possibly had surgery. It most likely is normal though and the radiologist just mentioned this finding. Talk to your PCP and see if they feel you need to see a neurosurgeon. The PCP will not be able to interpret the CT also
