Weakness feeling in sciatica leg still mean it can heal alone? i have a possibly herniated disc from 2 months ago and sciatica from a month. sciatica pain isnt 24/7 but now i get a feeling of leg weakness around the hamstring. streinght on it is ok

Disc: The vast majority of lumbar discs will resolve spontaneously, but can take months for some people. Physical therapy is often helpful and would be the first modality of choice.
