4 month lows back and left leg pain. Stiff lower back and less flexibility. Pain not radiating from thigh. Pain/ swelling feeling in left calf. Sometimes leg goes numb and tingly. Doc said it is likely a muscle sprain but I worry it may be nerves.
Was doing squats yesterday, noticed my muscles twitch in both legs when contracted. Stopped when relaxed. Read that contraction fasiculations can be a sign of MND. Really worried. I have widespread twitches, doc says anxiety. No weakness. No atrophy.
