Should be enough: For Acute Bacterial Sinusitis... 500 mg orally once daily for 5 to 7 days as alternative therapy in patients with beta-lactam allergy or risks for antibiotic resistance, those requiring hospitalization, or patients who failed initial therapy. The FDA-approved dose is 500 mg orally every 24 hours for 10 to 14 days, or 750 mg orally every 24 hours for 5 days.
