Please explain this part of my mri results the rest was normal my doctor is out of the office until next month. should i worry about this? mild abnormal signal involving the medial left transverse sinus is likely related to sluggish flow.

Flow: Your brain has sinuses that drain the blood from your brain. The main ones are sagital and left and right transverse. An MRI changes the spin of your cells, and then detects the way the cells "go back to normal". Tissues have different signals and thus a different grayscale that the computer interprets and images. Fluids can have different signal with different velocity.
