Ive been drinking apple cider vinegar once a week because its helped with my digestion. i dilute with water and use a straw. i hear its bad for ur teeth. im very cavity prone. how can i prevent it from damaging my teeth?

Use a water PIK after drinking the juice and or brush teeth. The juice is highly acidic and if left on teeth will cause erosion and cavities. Also rinsing with H2O2 reduces the acid content of the apple cider vinegar.
