Acid reflux?: This could be acid reflux. One way to help confirm that is to try otc Prilosec to turn off the acid producing cells in your stomach. If the acid is leaching into your throat and mouth this medication should decrease or eliminate your symptoms. I would recommend you see a doctor for an official diagnosis whether or not the medication helps.

Altered taste...: Unusual taste sensations can be caused by many, many things. Even if your toothpaste is not a whitening toothpaste, this or your mouthwash could be causing your altered taste. These sensations are often caused by medication, diet, poor oral hygiene or even vitamin deficiencies. Brush your tongue with a toothbrush or tongue brush every day. Change your toothpaste and mouthwash. Good luck!

Unknown: See your dentist for an examination to rule out any dental/oral pathology. I have found in the past these symptoms to be consistent with gastric reflux. Please don't take this as a diagnosis, just a possibility.
