do any gynecologists have insight into the medication pcositol? an alternative for pcos and insulin resistant symptoms. great reviews online, any advice would be great!

A supplement: that seems likely to help some, but the levels of medication in this supplement are small. The effect may not be enough, folic acid absorption may be too small. Dietary changes and prenatal vitamin my better. Trace mineral supplements, for chromium and vanadium, may also be helpful. Decreased, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and sugar, could help fertility.
