Management Strategy: There are multiple treatments for the treatment of PCOS depending on the desire of which symptoms to treat. There is an alternative to metformin for Insulin resistance, but metformin is safer option, there are also non-medication treatments like weight loss that improve the condition. Talk with your doctor about them.
