Very good: With Clomid (clomiphene) (the fertility pill most commonly used), 80 % of women will ovulate and half of those who ovulate will conceive. Most of the remainder will ovulate and conceive on injectables or ivf. Even though it is the most common underlying reason for pcos, Insulin resistance is very hard to test and many physicians will chose not test for it other than to screen for diabetes.
