I am on tb medication from 1st of november 2019 i had feeling some irritation or pain on my chest exactly the place where i had nodule on my chest x ray, is there any thing to worry?

Atypical chest pain: If you are on TB meds you should be followed monthly to see if the treatment is effective. Follow up X-rays and sputums may be needed. A follow-up with your doctor is needed since it may not be related to your TB treatment as well.
