Hello! three red spots just appeared yesterday and i am afraid that this is petechiae. i don't feel any other symptoms though... but i'm worrying that this might be a sign of leukemia?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you develop actual bleeding, paleness, fatigue, shortness of breath, fever, or weigh loss it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!

Hi: Why are you worried that could be a sign of leukemia? Have you had any symptom, do you have siblings or family with leukemia? If you are worried you should probably visit your doctor and clear your doubts.
