Is it possible that i might have leukemia? i have had petechiae on my legs for a few years now and its been getting worse. also dizziness, cold/allergy symptoms and chest pain over the past few months, and migraines every other week?

Petechiae: Petechiae can be caused by autoimmune vasculitis or by low blood platelets. A simple cbc and differential cell count would reveal leukemia or platelet deficiency. Dizziness, allergy type symptoms and migraine headaches may not be explainable by one diagnosis. Your GP or an internist would examine you and order appropriate tests in order to treat you or refer you to certain specialists like hematol
