I have been on oratane for 4 months after leaving it i now have a fine rash in my face what could be the cause?

Oratane: Oratane can cause skin dryness which you might be experiencing at this time. It will be helpful to know when you stopped taking it. The side-effects of oratane usually reverse ( days to weeks) after you stop taking it. If the rash persists, then consult a physician for diagnosis.

18y/o. Im in my third month of Isotretinoin. I started with 20 mg/day for two weeks, then 20 mg twice/day for 6 weeks. Now Its the 10th week with 30 mg twice/day. But since the beginning, only my lips have been dry and not the face. Is that normal?
May i ask how isotretinoin causes excessive hair growth to the face and body? This happened to me following ingestion of one 20mg cap. Vellus hairs.
