Yes: In some patients, may cause direct injury to the liver cells called hepatocytes and may increase liver enzyme may be temporary effect and may go away even with ongoing use also may cause depression, birth defects, worsening of cholesterol problem, hair loss, vision and hearing loss, injury to the pancreas and some time headache by increasing pressure inside the head.
